Dell: Dell is selling its corporate cloud business to Amazon for $2 billion

Dell’s corporate cloud service, which is the cloud computing business for its PC and mobile business, will be sold to Amazon.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of this year.

Dell has about 1,100 employees in North America.

The company has been focused on cloud computing for years and has had a strong customer relationship with Amazon, but it has also been working to build out its own cloud business, with plans to offer a suite of cloud services for enterprise customers.

The deal includes about $1.5 billion in cash, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Amazon, a cloud-services company, is also selling its consumer computing business to Intel.
